Too often agents try a one house fits all mentality and lock into specific areas, neighborhoods or types of houses and try to make the client fit the house. Our approach is a little different and in some cases can take a little more time, but we feel the results speak for themselves.

Today there are many tools available to buyers on the internet, but through me, buyers have direct access via a gateway to the multiple listing service (MLS) where they can begin their search for the perfect home. Using the MLS and other technologies, we can also set up a search specific to your needs and complete and comprehensive listings will automatically show up in your e-mail every morning saving you hours of internet search time.

Buying a home in and of itself is a huge decision, but it is also one of the largest financial investments most people make. Having a professional by your side can reduce the stress, smooth the process and give you an advantage in negotiations. Experience here is key and since 2002 I've successfully closed over 200 transactions ranging in price from $85,000 to $1.4 million. Ours is not a huge market but it's full of nuances and specifics that can easily be missed.
